:: Top 5 Products of 2012 ::
Happy New Year everyone! Sorry I haven’t done any posts for a few days, i’m poorly at the moment and couldn’t face staring at the PC.
My post today will show you my top 5 products for 2012. I’ve been umming and ahhing on whether to include products which I have used but not had a chance to review yet as my blog has only been up and running since the end of November. In the end I have decided to only choose products where I have written and review.
So let’s get started.
1. Okay, I know this product has been around for years but it gets the number one spot for me because not only is it a great product but is also soo convenient. The number 1 spot goes to Batiste Dry Shampoo. Read the review here.
2.Second up is the Lush lip scrub in mint. This product is amazing and since using it I have really noticed a difference in my lips. They are very soft and smooth… the dry, chapped lips I was suffering with this winter is a thing of the past! Hurrah! Read the review here.
3. Next up is Soap and Glory’s Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Sticks. This product is a cross between a lip balm and a lip gloss which also smells gorgeous (of vanilla, just like Max lipsticks). This is a great product, I really hope they bring out more colours this year. Read the review here.
4. In fourth place is Nivea’s express hydrating moisuriser and primer. This is a great time saver and prepares your skin for you makeup application.At a bargain price, it really is impressive. Read the review here.
5. Last but not least is Barry M Nail Varnishes. Barry M is a brilliant brand for nail varnishes and definitely deserves a mention. Sparkles and glitter have been a big trend recently so my top nail varnish for 2012 has got to be the no. 349 Rose Quartz Glitter. This gorgeous varnish is great to use with any colour underneath and makes your nails super, super sparkly! It’s been perfect for the party season!
What was your favourite product of 2012?
I’d also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their comments on my posts. I’ve got a bit behind responding as I haven’t been on here but I will catch up over the next couple of days, hopefully I will be feeling better by then.
