My July Favourites

 

 

You’ve probably read this a thousand times by now but how is it August already?! This year flying by so quickly and can’t believe it’s already that time to do a monthly favourites post. So here goes…

Yankee Candle in ‘A Childs Wish’

I absolutely love candles and often light them during the day and evenings.  I find the flickering light relaxing and love it as the aroma slowly fills the room.  One of my favourite scents is ‘A Childs Wish’ by Yankee Candle which has a gorgeous summery, floral fragrance.  Read my review here.

 

NARS Laguna Bronzer

My favourite bronzer right now is Nars Laguna which is pretty obvious as I’ve hit pan on it 🙁 The shade of this bronzer is perfect as it isn’t too dark or orange so gives my skin a nice natural glow.  The powder is also soft and light so it doesn’t feel heavy or cakey on the skin. The only bad point is that although the pan is pretty big the product doesn’t last as long as you think.  I’ve only had this one since March and I’ve already hit pan. I haven’t even used it every day. I will write a full review on this bronzer sometime soon.

 

Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butters 

 These lip products are amazing! The colour range is huge and the formulation is light, creamy and moisturising.  I will be posting a full review of the Revlon Lip Butters within the next week so if you’re interested in finding out more keep your eyes peeled.

 

MAC Girl About Town Lipstick

One of my all time favourite lipsticks is MAC Girl About Town.  This bright pink lipstick has blue undertones and looks gorgeous for both day and evening wear. Read the review here and FOTD here.

 

MAC Vanilla Pigment 

 I have used the vanilla pigment a lot over the past month in the inner corner/tea duct area of my eyes.  It really brightens up your eyes and is a gorgeous addition to any makeup look.  I will do a full review on this product soon.

 

Moroccan hair oil

Moroccan oil is a well known product in the beauty world and I love it so much I have recommended it to several friends.  It has a number of uses, smells amazing and although expensive lasts ages so is definitely worth it! Read my review here.
