Everyone loves to have that healthy glow to their skin but it is very easy to get it wrong when using tanning products or bronzers.  There’s nothing worse than wanting a natural glow and ending up looking like a wotzit or umpa lumpa, so today I will be speaking about my all time favourite bronzer which gives you a gorgeous natural glow.

I’ve heard a lot of people say NARS Laguna is the number one bronzer on the market and it’s easy to believe why they have this opinion. Firstly, the packaging, like all NARS products is gorgeous.  The palettes are very sturdy and the slim line, soft, black finish makes the product feel expensive and special.  If you have any product on your hands which transfers onto the packaging it does look messy because the rubber texture seems to attract it but it’s easy to clean so doesn’t bother me.  This palette also includes a large mirror which finishes off the packaging perfectly.  It is a useful addition to have in your makeup bag for any touch ups you want to do during the day.

The formulation of the NARS Laguna bronzer is beautiful.  The texture is soft, creamy and finely milled so the product doesn’t feel heavy or cakey on my skin.  This texture also means this powder blends very easily so on application I don’t end up with any harsh lines which is very important when trying to achieve a natural finish.  The colour of Laguna is perfect for my skin tone too.  It isn’t too dark or orange and is buildable so I can easily control how much I want to apply.  Due to this, I think this bronzer is suitable for a large range of skin tones and could also be used to contour.  The finish of Nars Laguna is matte with a very, subtle shimmer that gives your face a little extra glow without obvious shimmer.  This makes it the perfect bronzer for me.

Nars Laguna is by far my favourite bronzer and I would be lost without it. I have hit pan on my first one and it will be a sad day when it is finished.  I have absolutely no doubt I will be repurchasing this product!

NARS Laguna bronzer is available at Nars for £26.00, which I know is expensive but to me it’s worth every penny!  It lasts around 7 months for me with daily use so I don’t have to splash out too often to keep this a staple product in my makeup bag.

What do you think of NARS Laguna bronzer? Which is your favourite?

I have wanted to try this bronzer for so long as I have heard such good things! I always try and find cheaper dupes of things and then end up back with the high end products lol. £26 for over a half a years worth of use is amazing value though! Fab post 🙂

Yes, it's great! Initially I did think it's very expensive in comparison to the high street but it's definitely worth it 🙂

Aww man Kimberley I want this so bad 🙁 I'm planning my next bank robbery as I type this – when I'm in prison, at least I'll have a nice healthy bronzed glow.
