Soap and Glory Smoothie Star Review

Soap and Glory Smoothie Star

Soap and Glory Smoothie Star

Soap and Glory Smoothie Star

I’m a big fan of Soap and Glory products because they are readily available on the high street for pretty reasonable prices and the Smoothie Star Body Milk is no exception.

Smoothie Star is a deep moisture body milk which features a ‘waterlock moisture trapping matrix’ and includes nourishing ingredients such as almond, coconut yoghurt, oats and honey.  The formulation is thick, creamy and moisturising but it is thinner than the Soap and Glory body butters which I actually prefer because it absorbs quicker.

When using Smoothie Star you only need very little to make your skin feel smooth and hydrated.  As mentioned previously, it absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave any kind of greasy residue behind which is perfect because I hate having to wait around.  This body milk is great to use all over your body and personally I think it smells amazing!  The scent definitely reminds me with pop corn with a twist but I expect it is something that may not appeal to everyone.  Therefore, I would definitely advice smelling it in store before you buy.

The packaging, like all soap and glory products is fun and different and I love that the moisturiser is dispensed using a pump rather than a tub.  I find it much easier to control how much product you are getting and it isn’t as messy.

You can buy a 500ml bottle Soap and Glory Smoothie Star from Boots for £10.00 which is brilliant value for money because it lasts ages! When this eventually runs out I will repurchase, however, I know that definitely won’t be until sometime next year.

Oh, this sounds lovely. Especially because as much as I like their body butters I find them too thick sometimes and find myself using a lot because they won't spread across my skin enough, if that makes sense. x
