Review | Lush Shoot For The Stars Bath Ballistic

Hello Beauties! How are you all today? It’s been a long week but not long and it will be the weekend again. Have you got any nice plans? I’m hoping to do some shopping because I’ve been eyeing up lots of gorgeous clothes for Spring and I think my wardrobe needs a bit of a re-vamp! I’ve also realised I don’t own a single statement necklace so I’d like to get a few to wear with simple t-shirts. I’m really loving them at the moment.

Today’s blog post features the Lush Bath Ballistic Shoot For the Stars which is a bright rich blue with a pretty yellow shooting star and a hint of pink. It’s really clever how this bath bomb has been constructed and it is definitely one of the most eye catching in the store.

When plunged into the bath Shoot For The Stars immediately starts to twist and swirl in the water causing an array of colours to cascade out of it including blue, yellow and pink. The water is quickly turned an enchanting blue and gradually gets deeper with a purple/pink tinge as the bath ballistic begins to dissolve.  This is definitely one of the slower bath bombs and it takes quite some time for it to fully disintegrate but you are left with a beautiful dark shade in the tub which has pretty silver glitter suspended in it to represent the starry sky. It really is quite magical!

The scent of Shoot For The Stars is also one of my favourites, Honey I Shrunk The Kids. I love this floral toffee sent and it fills the whole bathroom as the bath ballistic slowly dissolves.  It isn’t at all overpowering and it sadly only lingers on the skin a short time after use but I love it.

What do you think of the Lush Shoot For The Stars Bath Ballistic?
